The day of the session

Start of the session
- Before your presentation, the chair will briefly introduce you, your institution affiliation and the title of your presentation
- Stay calm during your presentation and speak loudly.
- Respect the allocated time for your presentation
- When the session chair signals that your time is almost up, start to wind up. The session chair will stand up to indicate that your time is up, and at this point you should move straight to your acknowledgement slide.

After each presentation the chair will open the floor for discussion. Give concise response as possible.
GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTERS
Poster boards will be arranged into conference sub-themes and tagged with poster identifiers, making it possible for presenters to locate the specific board reserved for their poster. Poster boards measure 110cm (43”) across by 175cm (69”) in height. By comparison, an A0-sized poster measures 84cm (33”) across by 119cm (47”) in height so if you use A0 or larger you have to orient the material for portrait. Presenters should verify that the information on the posters is legible from a distance of at least 1 metre.
The poster sessions are scheduled to coincide with coffee breaks, and presenters will be encouraged to put up their posters well beforehand, so that people can start looking posters as soon as they start the coffee break. We will shortly post a detailed (with exact times and dates) conference programme and other materials at www.mimalaria.org/pamc.
