Registration is now open for the 5th MIM Pan African Malaria Conference.  Early bird registration ends on  30 June 2009. We therefore urge you to take advantage of the lowered fee by registering early. Conference registration is necessary for abstract submission and therefore when filling the registration form you will be able to submit your abstract. Please review the fee structure and cancellation policy below before starting the registration. 

The conference fee covers access to scientific sessions, refreshment breaks, lunch, and the opening and closing ceremonies.

Cancellation Policy

• If you decide to cancel your registration you must notify the MIM Secretariat by email (cancellation@mimalaria.org) or by fax +255 (0) 22 2700380.
• For administrative reasons, refunds can only be made after the end of the Conference
• Bank charges and administrative fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds

Dates
Cancellation on or before September 01, 2009 will receive 70% of the registration fee back
Cancellation after September 01, 2009 will not be refunded.
